The Role

This is a remote role and you get to control your own income!

Candidates should reside in one of the following metropolitan areas:

Central PA, suburbs or surrounding Philly.

We have an opportunity in Philadelphia to sell our products to quality mom & pop restaurateurs who have not yet been introduced to the consistently superior flavor of our tomatoes and/or olive oils. The Business Development Representative will support Stanislaus Food Products and Corto Olive with targeted account development in key sectors to help grow new business revenue.

An ideal candidate will:

  • walk into restaurant kitchens, engage chefs and owners in conversation, conduct side-by-side tastings to demonstrate that our tomatoes and oils taste better than their current brands
  • influence them to start purchasing our products from their distributor

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sales driven results-oriented drive
  • Confident and exuberant attitude
  • Strong communication skills & demonstrates a great ability to overcome objections
  • Culinary or independent restaurant background
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Very strong work ethic, self-motivated – ability to meet or exceed quota while working remotely
  • Excellent verbal, written, communications and presentation skills

A Stronger candidate will have:

  • Ability to conversate in Spanish
  • Passion to help small independent restaurants persevere
  • Passion for door-to-door sales experience
  • Desire to expand professional knowledge of product and sales skills
