Primary Duties:
The Accounting Clerk will provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. They will be responsible for:
- Gathering and compiling relevant documentation and approvals to support payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process invoices for payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Daily and monthly balancing of accounts.
Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following qualifications:
- Detail oriented, organized, deadline driven
- Able to balance accuracy and speed
- Experienced with data entry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good Organizational skills
- Experienced with MS Suite applications especially Excel
- Other duties assigned by manager
If you also have the following attributes, you would be a stronger candidate:
- Bookkeeping or equivalent experience
- Previous accounting systems experience
- Access proficient
- Problem solver
